Our acceptance of advertising does not imply our
endorsement or approval of the product service or advertiser.
We will not discriminate on the basis of race or ethnicity,
but we do reserve the
right to refuse an advertisement for any product or service which we
consider could be
illegal, immoral, unduly controversial, dishonest, inappropriate,
distressing etc.
We will only consider advertisements for medical, financial
or investment products if the client provides appropriate and complete
legal clearance from the appropriate statutory bodies and undertakes to
cover our legal fees in approving such advertisements..
Commercials should be in English.
Charities can only advertise if they are properly registered.
Commercials must not infringe copyright, including music
copyright.
The client must provide evidence of full international rights to any music used.
The sale of products or services advertised must be legal
in the territories they are sold to and from.
If using children to act in advertisements, please be aware
that certain countries have restrictions.
Commercials must meet professional technical and
performance standards, we
reserve the right to refuse bad quality audio.
Some types of commercial may take us longer to approve than
others, for example if we need to run a script past a lawyer or clearance
organisation (e.g. to comply with consumer credit regulations).

Additional production charges will apply if
a client changes either the brief after we've written a script
or changes the script after we've recorded the commercial (and incurred
costs).
Production fees cover usage on News Radio International
only, additional copyright/licensing fees may apply for usage on other
stations.
We reserve the right to decline or remove commercials for
any reason, at our sole discretion, including in response to serious news events.
It is the advertisers responsibility to
ensure commercials are factually correct and legal prior to transmission.
Payment for all services must be made in advance, ideally
via Paypal
(including credit cards).
Refunds are made at News Radio International's sole
discretion and must be requested prior to transmission. We reserve the
right to charge reasonable cancelation fees if a campaign is withdrawn by
the advertiser. No refunds are possible after transmission.
Transactions and dealings shall be governed by the laws of
England and Wales and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the
English courts.
Our liability in the event of a technical or human error is
limited to the value of the advertising.
Advertising and Production rates are subject to change
without notice and exclude tax and duties.
